All purchases made over the phone will be mailed to the address provided at time of payment. Please note that Studio Elan is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift Certificates can be used as full or part payment on services and retail merchandise in salon. Gift Certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Voucher or receipt must be presented on arrival at Studio Elan. Altered or damaged gift cards will not be accepted and booking will be charged at an applicable rate. Voucher redemption bookings are strictly subject to availability.
